A good option for small to midsized businesses

After using this CRM for my business - LetMeBank, we got to know that they provide 24-hour customer service, a very useful and responsive feature. There are daily emails on what's on the agenda and a report that keeps you appraised of communications and their importance. It integrates well with other software and it's user-friendly as well as easily customizable, though there could be more of a focus on integration options and advanced user features.
