Don\'t do it!
OK Program until you need ANY type of assistance. There only seemed to be one contact, he was rude and didn't return calls 95% of the time. Reporting capabilities were very limited. We had to cancel our credit card in order to cancel our account...we tried email, voicemails..nothing worked to cancel. Took 2 1/2 months to finally get them to disconnect our account. I would not recommend this CRM.
