Zoho CRM offers great integrations with other services that easily allow us to extend the platform’s functionality

Our company, My Enamel Pins has been using Zoho CRM as its primary software for contact and customer relationship management since 2017. We use it daily for multiple tasks like managing customer accounts, processing orders, logging activities, tracking sales performance, and more. The onboarding process for our team was quite quick, and we were able to start using the basic functions within a matter of hours. As far as customer support goes - we've only needed help on occasion, but each time, they provide timely responses via phone or email with our needs being addressed in a satisfactory manner. Overall, Zoho CRM offers great integrations with other services that easily allow us to extend the platform’s functionality even further, thus making it even more valuable for the money invested into it.

The cons include limited customer support, lack of marketing and security features, a 100,000 contact limit, and limited features for certain products.

We Uze Zoho One as A Part Of CRM System

We at refreshmentsystems.co.uk have been running with ZOHO for years now, and to be honest we made a good decision when picking the right CRM for our company. We have just under 100 employees and have taken ZOHO one subscription, which includes more than just a CRM system. Although just to say the CRM itself is quite powerful and has lots to offer. Been running for over 2 years not and approximately are only at 40% of its capabilities at the moment.

It is an excellent option for small businesses looking for a user-friendly yet customizable CRM

Sumner & Co. uses Zoho CRM as a lower-cost alternative to Salesforce. I started using Salesforce 10 years ago and am a massive fan of the system. However, it isn't always a cost-effective option for the smaller players. Now working with smaller businesses and operating a small business myself, Zoho is my preferred and recommended system. We have used it since the company started around two years ago. Zoho's logic and functionality are similar to Salesforce's, but it's much more accessible and budget-friendly.
