SuiteCRM\'s mobile-friendly interface has made things easy for our workers, no matter where they are in the world

Our medium-sized software download company Moo Soft has utilized the open-sourced SuiteCRM for three years to manage our global workforce of contract workers. It has very useful features such as customizable dashboards, workflow automation, and good integration with our other popular web applications. The biggest advantage is that it is really affordable to be open-sourced. However, this also leads to its disadvantage as it is a bit more challenging to use for those not technically minded as you do need a bit of technical knowledge to set up and manage the software.

It\'s a powerful CRM software that offers all advanced features and integration with accounting software like Xero to enhance your business.

Overall this software is simple and easy to use. I am using this software system for my CRM process and to create smart accounting. It easily collaborates with accounting software for managing and organizing accounting activities such as generating invoices, tracking key customer metrics, billing and expenses.

A great alternative to similar CRMs that are both open source and SaaS.

This application is used by our sales staff to track leads, prospects, and generate estimates and invoices. Our part numbers were imported from Excel. It has given us the ability to add custom fields as well as build unique PDF templates for the quotes. Every day, we use SuiteCRM. We like that it's free and that we can host it locally rather than on the cloud. We like to keep our important softwares and systems on our local server rather than on the internet and SuiteCRM has fulfilled that need perfectly.
