Copper CRM: The Best CRM for Google Workspace Users in 2025

Copper CRM helps growing businesses simplify sales and boost productivity, especially for companies that rely on Google Workspace. By automating data entry and syncing with Gmail, Calendar, and Google Drive, Copper CRM eliminates tedious manual work, allowing teams to focus on closing deals instead of entering information.

The integrated lead management system streamlines communication. For example, sales teams using Gmail can create follow-ups and access templates right inside their inbox, cutting response times and increasing conversion rates. All customer details are easily managed in one place, so both employees and software have instant access to up-to-date information.

  • Deep Google Workspace Integration: Seamlessly works with Gmail, Google Sheets, Drive, and more, letting users update CRM data without switching apps.
  • Mobile Access & Automation: Mobile apps and smart automation tools allow on-the-go reporting and scheduling, helping sales teams save resources.

Implementation is fast and simple, with lower training costs thanks to its user-friendly design. Copper CRM is ideal for small to mid-size teams already using Google products; however, its tight focus on Google Workspace may limit flexibility if you need integrations beyond Google apps.

Compared to other CRMs like Nutshell or Streak, Copper stands out for its unbeatable Google Workspace integration but may not be the best fit if your business uses a wider software range.

Amazing Integration with Google Apps

I love the Google Apps integration, and used Copper (then Prosperworks) for close to 2 years. I ended up getting a really great offer to use a competitor and switched but I would definitely recommend Copper to anyone. I ran into some problems with the email tracking being buggy, and I think their intro price doesn't include enough features to compete well with their competitors.

Getting Better Each Quarter

I have been using Copper for several years now. It truly does integrate with GSuite in a very impressive way. The developers continue to look for ways to keep the user friendly aspect of the program while offering more complicated integrations and capacities. I appreciate the efforts to make Copper a world class CRM. I think they are making great strides and look forward to more and more automation and flexibility in the future.

Best CRM for a small business

Copper is not as widely known (yet) as many other CRM providers in the industry, but it is a strong contender in the arena. It has all the basic features and more for a business that needs a CRM system, and it seamlessly integrates with Gmail/Google for Business, which is a huge plus! The Gmail integration is vital in so many ways, including record-keeping, recalling information, setting reminders for follow-ups and organizing project-related information. It's also highly intuitive.
